Return & Product Policy


At  JK Mute, every mute is individually manufactured using 3D printing technology and carefully inspected before shipment. Because of the nature of the manufacturing process, minor cosmetic imperfections may be present, including but not limited to:


  • Layer lines
  • Small surface marks
  • Minor seam visibility
  • Slight texture variations
  • Internal stringing or print artifacts not visible during normal use


These characteristics are normal for high-quality 3D printed products and do not affect the mute’s playability, durability, tuning, or performance.


Due to the custom and hygienic nature of brass accessories, returns and refunds are only accepted for products that arrive:


  • Broken
  • Cracked
  • Structurally damaged
  • Destroyed during shipping
  • Incorrectly shipped


We do not accept returns or exchanges for:


  • Minor cosmetic imperfections
  • Variations inherent to 3D printing
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Personal preference regarding resistance, tone color, or feel
  • Damage caused by misuse, drops, heat exposure, modification, or improper storage


If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with:


  1. Your order number
  2. Photos of the damage
  3. Photos of the packaging


Approved claims may receive:


  • A replacement product
  • Store credit
  • A refund at our discretion


Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was caused by JK Mute.


By purchasing from JK Mute, you acknowledge that 3D printed products naturally differ slightly from mass-produced molded products, and that small visual variations are part of the handmade manufacturing process.
